[Eucalyptus] Community EucaSchool Announcement

I would like to add to this a bog post-series I am doing on documenting why/how EucaSchool uses the tools it does, and give a step-by-step how-to for anyone out there looking to do something similar.

Specifics of the configurations/tools will start in Part 2, Part 1 is just the introduction.
